Broken heart

My dream was to sing, I only wanted to be a blessing. A microphone in my hand, I'd sing in all the land But I have lost my spark I got lost in the dark. I missed the opportunity To set my soul free And touch every heart, Those who's falling apart And bring healing to them Coz music is still who I am But I neglected this gift And so the passion has left But in my dreams I sing And it's not the real thing So hear my sad melodies I am feeling the emptiness There is pain in my voice Hopelessness in my tears If everything is up to choice I'd never give into my fears And I'd write happy lyrics I'd never sang of heartbreak

Battle

Lost in the dark, Frightened and alone, Going through the brawl, With a head full of emotions. Clouded thoughts, waking the memories. I found myself as hero , In an unfinished battle.
